| Technical Support.
While all of our equipment is fully tested during booking in and rental preparation, should you experience
technical difficulties, our technicians are available to assist you with any hardware related problems during
the term of your rental free of charge. Should you experience a rare equipment failure, then a replacement
unit will be shipped to you immediately.
If you should experience software, virus or spyware related problems not covered by our free support, our experienced
technicians can rectify most problems very quickly. This service is provided at our normal hourly rate, either onsite
or in our workshop.
Exhibition & Trade Show Set Ups.
CDM Rentals are one of the leading suppliers of I.T. and audio visual equipment to the Perth exhibition
industry. With Perth's largest stock holding of 42" plasma displays we can wall-mount or desk-mount the plasma's
to give your stand the impact you need. We will even work with your custom stand builder to integrate
our plasmas, LCD displays, computers and audio equipment into your stand.
We are located 5 minutes away from the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre and have staff onsite
during major events. We will set up & pack down 24/7 and provide the technical support to make sure your
event runs sucessfully.
Training Courses.
We can set up any number of Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Data Projectors and Plasma Screens for your next training
course or seminar. Our technicians can configure wired or wireless networks that will provide maximum performance
during the course of your event.
If you need a venue, we have a number of purpose built training facilities that can host your next event.
Equipment Repairs.
If you have older equipment that is faulty and out of warranty, our technical department would be happy to
quote on repairing it. Our large stock holding of ex-hire parts means we can fix a large number of faults at
a reasonable price. Should a repair prove unfeasible, we may have equipment of a similar specification to replace
your faulty item.
